Here is an vintage H. DISSTON No.16 RIP HANDSAW, measures 26 3/8" blade long, 29 3/8" overall length x 2" high at the toe and 6" high at the heel. A nib blade is very smooth surface with an etch visible, and is very straight blade with very sharp teeth (6 teeth per inch) by fresh re-sharpened. The carved wheat apple wood handle holds the blade very good. It cuts the pine or maple wood is very nicely.
