VINTAGE Antique Wooden/Wicker Folding Mortician's Travel Table - SHIPS FREE!!

Description

This is an ORIGINAL, VINTAGE/Antique Wooden/Wicker Folding Embalming Mortician's Travel Table ... probably from the late Victorian era c/a(?) the early 1900s.  Also called a cooling table, this would have been used in the era where funerals and wakes were held in a person's home.  The mortician/undertaker would arrive, embalm the deceased on this table, and then display them in the home for viewing.  The frame and fold-out legs appear to be oak with a wicker bed surface.  All of the hardware appears to be original.  Quite sturdy when set up.  There are extensions on both ends which can be pulled out.  Weighs approximately 30 pounds.  GREAT for a collector, display, Goth, Emo, Steampunk, Death, Funeral, etc ...
Approximate dimensions are:
Folded - 37" x 19" x 5"
Set up - 75" x 19" 25"
Extended - 109" x 19 " x 25"
** NOTE ** This item HAS been restored.  It was in such poor condition when found that restoration was about the only option to preserve it.  I took it to a local Amish gentleman for the restoration and he happened to be the mortician for their community.  His wicker work turned out beautifully.  I have included two pictures of the item in it's original condition.
