machine made....threaded wide mouth collar with original metal screw on lid which has rubber massage "fingers" on top....amber..round cone shape....3 1/4"tall....Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. The rubber massage tips are hard and brittle; a couple of them are smashed down. A couple 1920s ads I saw for this Scalp Massage guaranteed it could grow hair and keep hair from falling out
