Description
The South Africa 10 Rand banknote was issued by the South African Reserve Bank in 2009. The banknote is predominantly green and has dimensions of 128 x 70 mm. The banknotes obverse features the national emblem, a rhinoceros, and sunflower that transitions into a diamond. The reverse depicts a ram, agriculture, sunflowers, a windmill, and cattle. Printed by the South African Bank Note Company, the paper bill bears a windowed security thread with a demetalized SARB 10. It also has a watermark that shows a rhinoceros and an electrotype 10. Additionally, the note has the denomination as its registration device and carries the signature of governor Gill Marcus. This South African banknote is in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated.
