Sigma MC-21 Mount Converter; Adapt Canon EF lenses to L-Mount cameras w/ AF

Sigma MC-21 Mount Converter, barely used. A smart adapter that allows you to use EF lenses on L-Mount cameras (e.g.: Leica, Panasonic), all while maintaining auto-focus and electronic control of other lens functions (aperture, auto-exposure, image stabilization, etc...). I've only personally used the MC-21 to adapt Sigma EF lenses to an L-Mount Panasonic body, but I've read that Canon EF lenses also maintain their functionality when using this Mount Converter.
Condition is "Used", but just barely.
