    This adapter is new,
    made of stainless steel (
    AISI 304
    ).
    Please note: there are some cheap adaptors on eBay (in black color or silver anodized) which are made of aluminum alloy (dural).
    I would not recommend to buy dural adaptors because dural has no required menhanical qualities for use in PL adaptor.
    None of professional cine lens manufacturers produce dural PL mounts or adaptors.
    This adapter allows to focus to infinity.
    This adapter can also be used with Arri
    Standard
    lenses.
    Comes with hex wrench and four grub screws.
