ORIGINAL 1916 PRESCRIPTION - OPIUM, COCAINE & BELLADONNA * PHARMACY EPHEMERA
Authentic, original handwritten prescription for Opium, Cocaine and Belladonna, written in black ink by Clifford A. Lutgen, M.D., of Auburn Nebraska, and dated May 22, 1916.
Signed and dated on back by Edward N. Dort, Auburn, Nebraska, 5-22-16, with additional handwritten notes and  E.H. Dort Prescription Druggist printed on back.
This century-old prescription has been laminated for protection and preservation.
