    Description

    An ORIGINAL STOCK GUIDE, FIXING SCREW AND TENSIONING PLATE for a Stanley No. 2358 mitre box by STANLEY. This single stock guide , two of which were included with each Stanley mitre box, was used to hold the working stock in place. When not needed, it would slide back and through the back of the mitre box and out of the way. Unfortunately, they projected out the back when so positioned and were sometimes "temporarily" removed, only to be separated from the mitre box.
