A W.J. Harris realphoto comic post card, titled Lake Hopatcong, It Floats! Showing a woman with an umbrella and – actually – as can be seen by the bands around the ankles, in an inflated (or stuffed) bathing dress. This might actually be a man– judging by the shoes – not a woman. An early undivided back, with no Harris identification (except just above the white space at bottom, where remnants of a Harris signature might be detected, however it is well-known as a Harris view – just one without his identification on front or back). Used from Lake Hopatcong, Sept. 4, 1905 or 6, to German Valley, now Long Valley, NJ. Good condition. SCROLL DOWN FOR ALL SCANS.
