Description

Heinrich H&C Selb Bavaria Cream Soup Bowl (s) Flowers Black Panels Vintage
5” diameter, 2” tall. Double handled. Sorry, no saucers. No chips, cracks, or crazing.
From the early 20
th
century – approaching antique status. The outer band has yellow circles on brown and the inner band has flowers on black panels and yellow panels with a green and white design. It is like Heinrich 10263 or 11649 but some of the shapes are different, and possibly the handle style.
In general, the design on the rim has minimal wear but there are other aspects of wear that you can expect from a set that is almost 100 years old. In many cases, the cream rim is faded to the point where it is the same shade of white that is on the inside of the inner gold trim line.
Good: These bowls look very good for their age. The gold trim on the rim and the interior trim line have minor wear. Gold on handle has small area of wear. Cream band may be faded or somewhat mottled. May have a small gray mark, glaze pit, or small bit of stray gold trim.
Fair (fifth photo): As Good but some grayish discoloration just above the inner trim line.

When buying used dinnerware, it’s a good idea to first check the condition of your existing pieces under a good light. If you have any questions about something I have listed, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to answer your questions in a timely, exact manner.
The Fine Print
This listing has a flat shipping rate for one piece, with an "each additional piece" price if you buy more than one (calculated automatically). My “each additional piece” prices are determined by how much it will cost to ship the items at least halfway across the country. I am in the Pacific Northwest. If you are anywhere west of the Rockies, contact me with your “ship to” zip code – your shipping may be less. Also, if you purchase items from more than one of my listings at the same time, use Buy It Now for the quantity you want from each listing and then wait for me to send you an invoice with combined shipping. Or, you can place the items in your cart and click "Request Total." Don't forget to change the quantity first if you want more than one of something.
I ship by USPS or FedEx Home (Ground), depending on the weight, destination and value of the box. I always refund excess shipping via PayPal. If you select USPS Parcel Select, I may change it to FedEx Home, because that method can often be faster and includes insurance. You will not need to sign for the box, unless you contact me ahead of time to request that service. I am pleased to ship to APO addresses.
If you are concerned about the shipping cost, please contact me before agreeing to purchase.
International buyers: All fees incurred in your country are your responsibility. I will not mark an item as a gift on the Customs form.
To avoid shipping delays and possible added expense, make sure your address is up to date with PayPal. Also, I am happy to ship to a third party, but if you would like me to ship to an address other than your own, please be sure to add that address to your PayPal account as an alternate address BEFORE shopping.
I ship my items in corrugated cardboard boxes, with packing peanuts and bubble wrap.
Payment must be received within 4 days.
Returns: If you are not pleased with your purchase,
you may return it within 30 days in “as sold” condition. Please contact me first, though, so I can have the chance to resolve the issue before you ship and to send you a prepaid shipping label if necessary.
