Description
:
This auction is for a lovely gravy or sauce boat with attached underplate by the German porcelain company Heinrich H&Co, in the “Christine” pattern.
This line within the Christine pattern has an ivory background, with an all-over scattering of sweet little deep pink and purple flowers.
The piece is liberally highlighted with gold.
This piece measures approximately 3½” high, approximately 8½” from handle to spout, and approximately 9” in length across the underplate.
This would make a wonderful gift for a person who appreciates beautiful things… who might very well be you yourself!
Marks
:
On the bottom of the piece is the company mark in green (pictured).
Condition
:
This piece is in excellent vintage condition.
I can find no cracks, repairs, chips, or crazing. There is a small mark just under the rim (pictured), when caught in the right light it looks like it could be an errant bit of the gold paint but I'm not sure.

In return, I promise to both make mention in the listing, and include photographs, of any and all cracks, chips, repairs, wear due to age, and any other condition issues I find.

Payment

I accept payment only through PayPal.

Shipping
1.
My goal is to pack and ship your item immediately upon payment being received, and I almost always achieve that.
At unusually busy times a day or (rarely) even two might pass before the item is shipped.
Under no circumstances will more than three days elapse before your item is shipped.

I will be glad to ship internationally,
but keep in mind that your shipping cost will be more (perhaps

more, depending upon your location and the size/weight of package) than the shipping fee in the listing, to reflect the higher fees to ship internationally.
The shipping fee in the listing applies only to shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the continental United States.

The international buyer is always responsible for any custom charges, taxes or duties that may be due.

I will always ship in the least expensive manner unless expressly asked by the buyer to do otherwise.

I use recycled boxes and shipping materials whenever possible.
Returns
1.
Returns happily accepted for 30 days,
but only if the item is
significantly
different than described and pictured

a.
Notify me within 5 days after receipt of item if you intend to return it.
b.
There will be a 10% re-stocking fee if item returned after 14 days.
c.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee if item returned after 21 days.
2.
The purchase price of the item will be refunded only upon return of the item in the original condition in which it was sent.
3.
The buyer will assume the cost of return shipping.
