Description

This is a CDV or carte de visite photograph of a little girl in a very plaid dress.  It is identified on the back in pencil as "Asy Smith, mother of Lizzie Smith Igraidson."  It also says that her mother was "married for 17 years before Asy was born."  The photographer was Emerson of Keokuk, Iowa.  It is in excellent undamaged condition.
