    Antique Disston Tapered Backsaw Dovetail Saw 14" blade Philada Medallion, Circa 1893-1917
    This is a No. 7 1893 to 1917 Disston Backsaw Dovetail saw. It’s has been restored, The saw had a broken handle and has had a real well done
    period correct repair
    , that I think is priceless, cause what we do these days is throw it out and get a new one.  It is a really nice repair job on the handle. There is a Little pitting on the saw blade, It has Brass medallion which says Disston & Sons Philada.
    The saw blade is 14 inches in length and has 12 TPI.
    Blade measures 4 1/4" by handle, 3 3/4" at end.
