comes in the original box , one end missing flaps
basically it's a small glass device you filled
with water or some other fluid and flooded
your nasal cavities to clean them
no idea how old this is exactly
device is about 3 3/4" long overall and made
of a thin easily broken glass, amazing it has survived
a nice example of an old medical device with original box
