Orders will be shipped within 1 business day and delivered within 5 business days, once payment has been received. There may be exceptions to delivery due to location, product availability, weather conditions and emergencies. Carriers we use but not limited to are USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for larger/heavier items (separate tracking #s are required for these). Items deemed missing/or lost in transit from carrier, a claim must be filed. Refunds for these claims may take up to 10 business days to refund.
